We understand that even the most meticulously planned journeys may require alteration. Our cancellation policy is designed with transparency to guide you through such circumstances. We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment.

We understand that even the most meticulously planned journeys may require alteration. Our cancellation policy is designed with transparency to guide you through such circumstances. We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment.

Cancellation Timeframes & Refund Eligibility

More than 30 days prior to departure: A refund will be issued, equivalent to 80% of the total tour fee.

Between 15 – 30 days of departure: A refund will be issued, equivalent to 50% of the total tour fee.

Less than 14 days / No-Show: Not eligible for any refund. If you fail to arrive for the commencement of your tour, you will be considered a "no-show" and no refund will be granted.

The Reservation Deposit

A 20% deposit is required to secure your bespoke itinerary. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we may, at our discretion, allow you to apply this deposit towards a future Travel Eagle journey within one year of the original departure date.

Refund Processing

Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of any eligible refunds once all necessary documentation has been received.

Third-Party Components (Airlines & Visas)

Please be advised that payments for specific components, such as air tickets and visa fees, are often 100% non-refundable from the moment they are issued by the third-party provider. These elements are strictly subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline or government authority.

Cancellations by Tour Providers

In the rare event that a specific experience within your itinerary is cancelled by one of our partner providers, the refund or alternative arrangement will be governed solely by that provider's cancellation policy. Travel Eagle will act as your intermediary to facilitate a resolution.
